Every product on our shelves is selected in-house — tasted, compared, and priced by the people who work here. When something doesn’t meet the standard, it doesn’t get restocked, no matter what a distributor would like us to carry.
We buy from local farmers and small makers wherever we can, because it puts money back into the county and because food that travelled forty miles simply tastes better than food that travelled four hundred.
